Crispy Crunchy Onion Bhaji Recipe  Agar aap ready hain ek zabardast crispy aur crunchy onion bhaji banane ke liye, to yeh recipe zaroor try karein! 

Is asaan aur lazeez dish ko hum kisi bhi waqt, khaas taur pe chaye ke saath serve kar sakte hain. Mazedar masale aur pyaz ki yeh combination sabko pasand aati hai. Chaliye, shuru karte hain!


Ingredients (Ajzaa):

2 bade pyaz (slices mein kaat lein)

1 cup besan (gram flour)

1 choti chamach lal mirch powder

1 choti chamach haldi

1 choti chamach dhania powder

1 choti chamach ajwain (optional)

Namak (hasb-e-zaiqa)

Hara dhania (bareek kata hua)

2 sabz mirch (bareek kati hui)

Pani (batter banane ke liye)

Tel (deep fry karne ke liye)

  • Total Time: 25-30 minutes

Instructions (Tareeqa):

Pyaz ko prepare karein: Pyaz ko patle slices mein kaat lein aur ek bowl mein daal lein.

Masala mix karein: Ek bade bowl mein besan, lal mirch powder, haldi, dhania powder, ajwain, namak, hara dhania, aur sabz mirch daal kar achi tarah mix kar lein.


Batter banayein: Is mix mein dheere dheere pani daalte hue batter banayein. 

Batter na zyada patla ho aur na hi zyada ghada. Pyaz ko is batter mein daal kar achi tarah se coat kar lein.


Bhaji fry karein: Ek kadai mein tel garam karein. Jab tel achi tarah garam ho jaye, to batter-coated pyaz ko chhote chhote tukdon mein daal kar fry karein. Har bhaji ko golden brown aur crispy hone tak fry karein.


Serve karein: Fry hone ke baad bhajiyon ko tissue paper pe nikaal lein taake extra tel absorb ho jaye. 

Garam garam onion bhaji ko chutney ya ketchup ke saath serve karein.


Tips (Useful Tips):

Aap ajwain ko optional rakh sakte hain, lekin yeh pet ke liye acha hota hai.

Agar aap thoda aur maza chahein, to bhajiyon mein hara pyaz bhi daal sakte hain.
