  • Zaroori Ajzaa

*. Aata (Whole Wheat Flour) – 2 cups

*. Pyaz (Onions) – 1 bara (bareek katay huay)

*. Hari Mirch (Green Chilies) – 1-2 (bareek katay huay)

*. Hara Dhania (Cilantro) – 2 tbsp (bareek katay huay)

*. Namak (Salt) – swad ke mutabiq

*. Lal Mirch Powder (Red Chili Powder) – 1/2 tsp

*. Dhania Powder (Coriander Powder) – 1/2 tsp

*. Ajwain (Carom Seeds) – 1/4 tsp

*. Ghee ya Tel (Clarified Butter or Oil) – talne ke liye

Paratha Banane ka Tareeqa

  • 1. Aata Ghoondhna (Kneading the Dough)

Sab se pehle, aik bara bartaan lein aur usmein 2 cups aata dalain. Is mein thora sa namak dalain aur pani mila kar aata ko achi tarah ghoondh lein. Yeh aata naram aur smooth hona chahiye. Jab aata tayar ho jaye, ise dhak kar 15-20 minutes ke liye side par rakh dein.

  • 2. Onion Mixture Tayyar Karna (Preparing the Onion Mixture)

Aik bowl mein bareek kati hui pyaz, hari mirch, hara dhania, lal mirch powder, dhania powder, ajwain aur thora sa namak mila kar achi tarah mix kar lein. Yeh mixture pyaz paratha ke andar bharne ke liye tayar hai.

  • 3. Paratha Banana (Shaping the Paratha)

Ab ghoonda hua aata lein aur is ke chhotay chhotay gole bana lein. Har gole ko belan se halka sa bel lein takay ek chhoti si roti tayar ho jaye.

Ab is roti ke darmiyan thoda sa onion ka mixture dalain aur phir roti ko lapait kar gol ball bana lein.

Is ball ko dobara se belan ki madad se bel lein, dhyaan rahein ke mixture andar achi tarah phaila rahe.

  • 4. Paratha Talna (Cooking the Paratha)

Tawa garam kar lein, phir is par belay huay paratha ko rakh dein. Thoda sa ghee ya tel daal kar isey dono taraf se achi tarah tal lein. Jab dono taraf se sunehra rang aa jaye aur paratha crisp ho jaye, toh isey nikal lein.
