5>Sirka (vinegar) – 3 tablespoons
6>Haldi (turmeric) – 1 teaspoon
7>Lal mirch powder – 2 teaspoons
8>Dhania powder – 1 teaspoon
9>Garam masala – 1 teaspoon
10>Namak – hasb-e-zaiqa
11>Hari mirch – 2 chhoti, kati hui
12>Cooking oil – 3 tablespoons
13>Darchini (cinnamon) – 1 tukda
14>Long – 4 dana
15>Zeera – 1 teaspoon
16>Sabut laung – 2 dana
- Masala Paste
2>Kalonji – 1 teaspoon
3>Lal mirch sabut – 4-5
4>Haldi – ½ teaspoon
5>Tamarind paste – 2 tablespoons (ya sirka ka istemal)
6>Sarson ke daanay – 1 teaspoon
7>Laal mirch powder – 1 teaspoon
- Step-by-Step Tayari
1>Lamb ko Marinate Karein: Gosht ko achi tarah dho kar, sirka, adrak-lehsan ka paste, namak, aur haldi ke sath marinate karein. Ise kam az kam 30 minutes ke liye chhor dein, taake gosht mein saari flavors ghus sakein.

6>Pani Aur Dum: Gosht aur masale ko achhe se mix karne ke baad, 1 cup pani daalein aur kadhai ko dhak dein. Acha sa 1.5 ghanta lamb ko low flame par pakne dein, jab tak gosht narm ho jaye aur gravy ghadhi ho jaye.
7>Final Touch: Lamb Vindaloo tayar hone ke baad, ise garam garam serve karein, aur chhoti hari mirch se garnish karein. Naan ya garam chawal ke sath maze se khayein.
