Ingredients(Ajzaa)


1} Mutton chops 500 gram

2} Doodh 1 cupp
 
3} Aalo ( ubaal kar mash kar len ) 2-3 Adad 

4} Pyaaz ( chop ki hui ) 3 / 4 cupp 

5} Laal mirch ( beej nikaal kar chop kar len ) 4-5 Adad 

6} Hara dhaniya ( chop kya sun-hwa ) 1 chaye ka chamcha
 
7} Lemoo ka ras 2 khanay ke chamchay 

8} Garam masala powder 1 chaye ka chamcha
 
9} Paneer ( kaddu kash kya sun-hwa ) 1 cup
 
10} Namak hasb zayqa 

11} Anda (phanta sun-hwa ) 1 Adad
 
12} Bread ka choora 1 / 2 cup

13} Tail ( dip fry ke liye ) hasb zaroorat

1} doodh' mutton chops aur pyaaz mila kar cholhe par rakh den.

2} ubaal anay ke baad dhak kar 30 minute tak halki aanch par pakayen.

3} yahan tak ke gosht se haddiyan allag ho jayen aur pani khushk ho jaye. 

4} is ke baad gosht ko hadion se allag kar ke mash kar ke aik taraf rakh den. 

5} (12)seenay ki hadion ko nikalen aur baqi hadion ko allag kar den aur seenay ki hadion se oopar ke jor ko nikaal den.

8} is ke baad har hissay ko seenay ki hadion ke oopar baizvi shakal mein bana len. taqreeban 3 centi meter ka hissa khaali chore den. isi terhan chop tayyar kar len.

9} is ke baad har chop ko phanta hue anday mein dip karen is ke baad bread crumbs lagayen.
 
10} aik karahi mein tail garam kar ke darmiyani aanch par un chops ko fry kar len. aur har taraf se sunehra kar len.

11} podina ki chatni ya tomato ketchap ke sath serve karen.
