Chicken Achari Paratha


Ingredients:

Chicken boneless cubes--------------- ½ kg

Ginger garlic paste-------------- 1 & ½ tbs

Achar gosht masala----------------- 2 ½ tbs

Lemon juice--------------- 3 tbs

Cooking oil--------------- 3 tbs

Mozzarella cheese grated---------------- 100g

Cheddar cheese grated---------------- 100g

Capsicum chopped--------------- 1 medium

Jalapenos chopped----------------- 1 tbs

Fresh coriander chopped-------------- 2 tbs

Black pepper crushed----------------- ½ tsp

Dried basil leaves-------------- ½ tsp

Dried oregano---------------- ½ tbs

Cumin seeds roasted--------------½ tbs

Red chilli powder-------------- 1 tsp

Pizza sauce--------------- 1 ½ tbs

Salt--------------- 1 tsp or as per taste

Cooking oil---------------- 4 tsp


Directions:

Take a bowl add chicken ginger garlic paste achar gosht masala juice mix well and marinate for quarter-hour .

Now add wok vegetable oil marinated chicken mix well and cook until chicken is completed and dries up 12-15 minutes and Let it cool.

Now in chopper add cooked chicken chop well and put aside .

Now take a bowl & add mozzarella cheese cheddar capsicum jalapenos fresh coriander fresh parsley and blend well.

Now add black pepper crushed dried basil leaves dried oregano cumin seeds red chilli powder pizza sauce salt achari chicken mixture mix well and put aside .

Now take rolled dough ball sprinkle dry flour and roll out with the assistance of kitchen utensil .

Add and spread vegetable oil and sprinkle dry flour and fold carefully,cut the dough from the side and roll it like jellyroll .

Now sprinkle dry flour and roll out dough with the assistance of the kitchen utensil .

In center of the dough add prepared filling 3/4 tbs press and seal all edges and prick with skewer to get rid of air .

Sprinkle dry flour and roll out with the assistance of kitchen utensil .

Take thick plastic sheet place rolled paratha and canopy with another thick plastic sheets and kept in zip lock bag.
Now add vegetable oil and spread it place rolled paratha add vegetable oil and fry paratha from each side until golden brown.
