Milk chocolate-------------- 300g
Instant coffee--------------- ½ tbs
Warm water----------------- 1 tbs
Directions:
Take a bowl add all,purpose flour chocolate bicarbonate of soda leaven salt instant coffee and whisk well put aside .
Another bowl add eggs castor sugar sugar and beat well.
Add yogurt vanilla essence oil milk and beat for two minute.
Now Add dry ingredients and beat well after each addition.
Grease round baking pan with vegetable oil and place butter paper.
pour batter in prepared baking pan & bake in preheated 170 C for 45-50 minutes.
Remove cake from oven and run a knife round the edges to loosen them from the edges of the pan.
Now transfer the cake to the wire rack and let it cool.
