Cumin seeds--------------- 2 tbs

Coriander seeds----------------- 1 tbs
Dried pomegranate seeds----------------- 1 tbs
Dried ginger---------------- 1 small piece
Black peppercorns--------------- 1 tsp
Nutmeg-------------- 3 small pieces
Citric acid----------------- 1 tsp
Dried mango powder--------------- ½ tbs
Black salt--------------- 2 tsp
Salt------------- 2 tsp
Red chili powder--------------- 2 & ½ tbs
Directions:
Take a frypan add mint leaves roast until crispy and remove during a bowl and crush together with your hands.
Now in frypan add cumin seeds carom seeds caraway seeds coriander seeds roast until aromatic and changes color and remove during a bowl.
Now frypan add dried pomegranate seeds dried ginger black peppercorns nutmeg dry roast for two minutes and remove during a bowl.
Now take spice mixer & add roasted spices and blend to form a fine powder.
Now add acid dried mango powder black salt salt red flavorer and blend again.
Chaat masala is ready!
