انڈے----------- دو عدد

کارن فلور ------------ چار کھانے کے چمچ

میدہ ------------- چھ کھانے کے چمچ

ثابت سرخ مرچ------------ ایک کھانے کا چمچ 

ادرک لہسن پیسٹ------------ ایک کھانے کا چمچ

گرم مصالحہ----------- ایک چائے کا چمچ

ہلدی پاؤڈر------------ آدھا چائے کا چمچ

نمک------------ حسبِ ذائقہ

تیل ----------- تلنے کے لیے

ترکیب

بلینڈر میں تمام اجزاء شامل کریں اور اچھی طرح بلینڈ کر لیں

اب اس مکسچر کو گول کباب کی شکل میں تیار کر لیں

انگوٹھے کی مدد سے چکن نگٹس کے درمیان سوراخ نکالیں

اب چکن پیس کو انڈے میں کُوٹ کر کے بریڈ کرمبز میں رول کریں
