ایک پیالے میں میدہ، دہی، زیتون کا تیل، بیکنگ پاؤڈر اور نمک ملا کر اچھی طرح سے گوندھ لیں

آٹے کو دس منٹ کے لیے رکھ دیں

پھر آٹے کے چھوٹے چھوٹے پیڑے بنالیں

اب پیڑے بیل کر درمیان میں ایک کپ چیز ڈال دیں اور دوبارہ رول کریں

پھر آٹے کے پتلے نان بنا کر فرائنگ پین میں 3 منٹ کے لیے دونوں طرف سے فرائی کرلیں
